How I managed my time today: Today was a weird day today. I did not get that much done today because we went to pizza by the sea and we left a little bit early to go there.

Today I read 39 Clues the Maze of Bones. It was a great book. basically it's about two kids trying to find 39 clues because there grandmother died and she said on the funeral video you can either have 100,000 dollars or you can go on a quest to find 39 clues.

Literature Group-Readers Response - The Face Of Freedom

     We learned a lot on Lady Liberty! I learned that the torch in her right hand was for the light of freedom. I also learned that her crown has seven rays. The rays stand for liberty shining on seven continents. Her book in her left hand says on the front of the book July 4th 1776 because thats when the U.S.A was born. The broken chains on her feet stand for freedom. Lady Liberty was born in October 1886. I looked this up on the internet ( http://www.visualnews.com/2011/09/02/the-statue-of-liberty-before-it-was-green ) Lady Liberty wasn't always green! She was copper color when they first made her.

    Beru and I read  Reptiles Amphibians & Invertebrates.  My favorite reptile was the Carpet chameleon & the Parson's Chameleon. It was a great book becuase it had a bunch of  Reptiles, Amphibians & Invertebrates in it.

Today I got done with my goal. I was a 3 today because i got everything done and i was a little unfocused.

       I can relate to Trixie since she is just like me. First this character is a great sport and so am I. Second this character is helpful and caring and so am I. This morning I was acting Trixie and I am just like her so really I am just being me on stage. In the story when Trixie helps little red. This is why I can relate to this character.
